B |     中新网广州8月23日电 (记者 王坚)据广东省应急管理厅23日消息，由广东省森防办统筹部署的广东省2026年度森林消防专业队伍业务骨干“以水灭火”实战拉练近日收官。该拉练旨在有效应对复杂林区火情，补齐山地灭火实战短板，全面提升全省森林防灭火专业化处置能力，筑牢南粤生态安全屏障。                        　　据介绍，该拉练采取分批次、递进式、全覆盖模式开展，历时33天实现全省21个地市参训全覆盖。

C | 本次实训共调集全省124支队伍、635名一线业务骨干，分5批次在清远连南、佛山高明两大基地开展专项训练，由广东消防救援机动总队广州、潮州支队遴选骨干教官专职组训，全程实行封闭式准军事化管理，从严从实抓实训练作风、保障练兵质效。         　　据了解，本次拉练突击“武教头”综合能力提升，围绕基层队伍管理骨干会指挥管理、会讲解示范、会组织训练的目标要求，紧贴岭南复杂山林火场实战需求，采用“理论授课+山地实操”一体化训练模式，全力锻造过硬人才队伍。理论教学重点围绕火场指挥调度、战法灵活运用、火场安全避险等核心内容，结合典型火灾战例复盘分析，查摆处置短板、纠正实操误区，夯实参训人员专业理论基础。         　　值得一提的是，野外实操立足高温酷暑、地形复杂的恶劣实战环境，全员全装开展泵车接力供水、人车协同灭火、装备运维保养等重难点课目实训，倒逼参训队员在高强度、高仿真环境中锤炼体能技能、磨合协同战法，有效破解复杂山地远距离输水、攻坚处置难等实战难题，全面提升队伍快速响应、协同作战、科学处置能力。拉练层层推进、梯次提升，顺利完成全部既定训练任务，全体参训骨干实战素养和专业能力得到系统性淬炼，有效补齐了基层队伍以水灭火实战短板，统一了全省标准化处置战法。         　　据悉，下一步，广东省森防办将持续坚持以练备战、以训促战，全面固化本次拉练成果，常态化推进森林消防实战化练兵，推动训练成效精准转化为火场打赢能力，持续建强全省森林消防专业攻坚力量，全力守护群众生命财产安全和南粤森林生态安全。(完) 【编辑:刘欢】。
